As we head into 2012, we look back at the year that was:
• Median and Average Sales prices remained flat over the last twelve months
• Units closed over the last twelve months are down 4% and sales volume is down 2.5%
• Average days that a home is on the market before sale is 4 months
• Sales Price to List Price Ratio is 95.6%
• 30 Yr Fixed rate mortgages are still on average below the 4% mark at 3.95%
There are still a lot of good buys out there. Many of my buyers have gotten very good deals this year. With the combination of good buys and low interest rates, it still remains a great time to buy a home, even with economic uncertainty heading into an election year. Google Can Kiss My Butt!

I am getting fed up really fast with Google’s take over of the Internet. I have recently spewed my hate toward Google+ and its inability to attract anyone to use it and be rendered useless to me as a small business owner trying to stay in touch with new customers and clients. So this week I am working on some slide shows for my sister Lori. She is getting married this weekend. I finished the first of three slide shows I am rendering for her. I have a YouTube site I have set up for previewing audio/video projects for clients. I go to log in, and of course you now have to have a tandem Google account linked to your YouTube. If you don’t have a Google Account you must create one. YouTube will not let you log on anymore without linking.

Now, if you are like me and run numerous YouTube accounts, this means I have to have a separate Google account for each YouTube account. In order to get a Google account, I need an email address. You see where this is leading. It is an endless mess of crap. So after a half hour of trying to create new emails to create new Googles, to log in to one f-ing YouTube account, I gave up. That pesky client meeting I had this morning got in the way of my Google-gasm.

Once I finally get these accounts set up and linked in order to upload the 4 minute slide show, I will get to deal with Google log in policies including text pins to my cell phone and security questions. Way to make my online experience so enjoyable Google! Keep up the good work.
